Welcome to our new website and our new address www.largsna.org.uk

The aim of the website is threefold.

Firstly, it will hopefully it will be informative, keeping everyone up to date on the workings of the society.

Secondly, it is hoped that if your are not already a member, then you will be encouraged to join.

Thirdly, We hope it will be interactive. Please feel free to contact us by using the email links provided. We look forward to hearing your views on any subject relative to this Website, the Society or Family History in general.

The next main project will be to establish a Members' Interests Page where our members can display the names and locations of the families they are researching. This would normal be done by giving the Surname, Place, County, Period i.e. 1800's and Membership Number. In order to maintain privicy initial contact would be through this website using the membership number only. We would then pass the information to the member concerned for them to establish direct contact.

The committee would like to express their thanks to Mrs. Adrienne Alcock for establishing and maintaining our previous website. Your help over the last few years is much appreciated.
